Suddenly, after a 2nd visit to the local fire station where they had a “scarier tour this time cause they talked about escaping from your house during a fire”, our 6 year old daughter suddenly developed fears that came on with nausea.
It began happening every night before bed. She would suddenly tell us “I’m nauseous and scared!” After 10 weeks of crying, pleading with us to stay with her, having to fall asleep in our bed, falling asleep with either my husband or I beside her and sleeping with a light on, her fears were not only worse, but they were coming on at 5pm everyday and they were wearing on the whole family (including the 2 younger children).
I’ve read the horror stories about anti-anxiety meds, anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. Neither my husband nor I particularly like conventional medicine (although we were happy to have it for my medically necessary c-section!), but we were not comfortable AT ALL putting our 6 year old daughter on these drugs. We looked for an alternative.
Our friend recommended a homeopath, Manfred Mueller. Mueller, fortunately, was able to fit us in quickly. We began giving our daughter the indicated remedies for her. Astonishingly, we could tell the difference IMMEDIATELY. In fact, over the course of a few months, the spark and light came back into Meagan’s eyes! I could kick myself because I hadn’t even noticed that it had gone away, even after her first vaccines (but you can see it in photos from before and after).
She is SO MUCH BETTER. We’ve only done treatment for 8 months now, but she is a renewed child. Not a single episode of fears since the 1 month mark. We eagerly await to see what else can be done!
