Parkinson’s Cure
The weather has been unusual, err, abnormal here in the northern hemisphere – either too hot, too cool, too wet or too dry… I keep waiting for the “real” summer to begin, only to realize that autumn will be officially starting in just about a month! And we’ve not even been to the beach yet!
Late Bloomer?
Speaking of “blossoming late” or rhythms that don’t work quite right… These are some of the many problems that homeopathy truly excels at healing and resolving – and we’re not just talking about patching up or masking the underlying symptoms with today’s pharmaceutical drug du jour! Late development, faulty or abnormal development, even “early onset”…no matter what it is, I’ll bet you homeopathic treatment can help. All drugs have side effects. Some of these sides effects are very serious, and many will warrant yet another diagnosis and new prescription treatment. Before your fill your prescription(s) call your homeopath and see what else can be done – SAFELY. At the very least, find out what your options are before you make a potentially risky treatment plan.
Suppression versus Cure
Why is suppressing your symptoms harmful? Suppression shuts down one process of the body only to cause some other disease or group of symptoms to develop. Let me give you an example.
Tylenol, Not To Be Taken Lightly
Have you seen the commercials on TV looking victims to join a lawsuit for those with liver failure caused by acetaminophen (aka Tylenol, Paracetamol, etc)? Tylenol doesn’t just cause liver failure in those “overusing it”. Actually, there is only a fine line between normal use and overdose. That fine line is your susceptibility!
Tylenol can cause liver failure and death in those who consume alcohol or who are fasting, such as after surgery, after vomiting, or when you have a fever and have no appetite, or feel too sick to eat—exactly some of the times you might reach for a Tylenol.
According to studies, taking Tylenol increases your risk of renal (kidney) cancer by 33%, and after just 2 years of use, taking Tylenol doubles your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease! Tylenol has also been linked to acute memory loss, which is purportedly reversible once the drug has been discontinued.
There Is Help
Drug reactions and “side effects” are all too common these days. Television commercials are filled with notifications of class action lawsuits for drug harm. One of the latest is for the most commonly prescribed antipsychotic medication in the United States – Risperdal (risperidone, risperin, rispolept, rispolin, sequinan). The lawsuit is for the benign but potentially traumatizing side effect of gynecomastia (breast development in males). Risperdal is used to treat Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Dementia, Autism, Tourette syndrome, and psychotic episodes. Most people never realize that their ongoing and/or newly developing symptoms are, in many cases, simply the side effects from either a prescription or over-the-counter (OTC) drug they are on or have taken in the past.

New Homeopathic Research Parkinson’s Cure
Homeopathic remedy Lycopodium clavatum offers new hope to cancer sufferers: Study

One of the most exciting developments in the war on cancer has just been published in the Journal of Acupuncture and Meridian Studies, where new research shows that the homeopathic remedy, Lycopodium Clavatum (a spore bearing plant from the clubmoss family), has an anti-cancer effect on infected cells while protecting normal blood cells. The report by the Boiron Laboratory in France and the University of Kalyani in India reveals that highly diluted Lycopodium Clavatum remedies (LC-5C and LC-15C) are capable of inducing ‘apoptosis’ (cellular death) in cervical cancer cells, signifying their possible use as a supportive medicine in cancer therapy…
This isn’t the first time that a homeopathic remedy has been found to be effective against cancer. Two previous studies have produced similarly exciting results. Frenkel, M. et al. (2010) used ultra-diluted remedies of Phytolacca, Carcinosin, Conium, and Thuja on breast cancer cells and witnessed a deactivation of the cancer in a process called cytotoxicity.
Homeopathic Remedy of the Month Parkinson’s Cure
Nux vomica (Nux-v)
Also called Strychnos nux-vomixa – Strychnine Tree – Poison Nut –Quaker Buttonswith – Semen strychnos
Nux-v is one of the great remedies covering a myriad of different symptoms and conditions. In homeopathy, we call this a “polycrest” (from Greek polu- ‘many’ + khraosos ‘use.’). Here are a few situations where you might find Nux vomica useful.
POISONING: Exposure to toxins, scents, noxious smells (i.e. pesticides, a building or forest fire, from being in a mall or store, etc.)
SLEEPINESS: Falling asleep while driving; being tired after staying up late or pulling an “all-nighter”; after caretaking throughout the night resulting in irritability
OVER-INDULGENCE: too much to eat; from eating fatty foods; having too much alcohol
INDIGESTION: acid stomach, reflux, gas and bloating
GENERAL SYMPTOMS:
Remember, homeopathic remedies are specific. You choose them based on how well they cover the symptoms to be treated. General symptoms are characteristic symptoms specific to a particular remedy. Use them to differentiate between remedies that cover similar groups of symptoms.
Nux-v is USUALLY: Chilly, irritable, has problems from overworking, especially mental overwork (think of Dad coming home from his busy office job and being irritable and hypersensitive to “all impressions”…).
Remember, the ABSENCE of a symptoms should NOT EXCLUDE the remedy from your consideration! When in doubt as to what remedy to try, the only thing you stand to lose from NOT TRYING a remedy is feeling better!
DIRECTIONS: Mix a pellet of Nux-v 30C in one of your 1/2oz dropper bottles. Once dissolved, succuss and take your usual dose (drop, sniff, dosage cups, etc) as needed for symptoms.

A Case of Parkinson’s Disease Apparently Cured with Homeopathy
He looked older than his fifty-nine years, with grey-white hair and wrinkled skin. Bill had worked for the local government as tax assessor, but had retired early because of his illness. He seemed withdrawn, as if profoundly depressed, and despite his regular habit of dressing in a suit and tie, he had disheveled and unkempt look.
