The Importance of Hope
Hope is important. While it is not necessary to believe in the success of a healing method for it to succeed, having hope helps you to continue treatment for long enough to achieve a cure. It is important to do this everyday and to continue it until you are, in fact, cured. And you need the support of experienced professionals to help assess your progress as healing takes place, and to be motivated to keep up your treatment. So, if you are depressed, do not try to treat yourself without guidance.
We all get discouraged at times. However, one of the commonly overlooked causes of depression is the role mercury plays in our bodies. Even the Big Pharma–controlled Food and Drug Administration admits that mercury is a predominant environmental poison causing depression and anxiety, as supported by studies . Everyone has mercury but how it affects us varies. Our bodies’ ability to remove this poison is limited by our heredity. If you have an MTHFR mutation present like those that inherited the “cancer diathesis” your body’s detoxing ability is impaired and extraordinary measures must be taken to get well.
Mercury passes through cell membranes including the placenta. If your grandmother had mercury dental fillings, you will have absorbed mercury in utero from your mother, because she also absorbed it as a baby. Even though there is no minimum safe level of it, vaccines still contain mercury! Mercury accumulates in fish and seafood. Our body tries to adapt by absorbing the poison into the human gut flora. However, with widespread use of antibiotics, our gut flora is destroyed. The poison becomes extracellular and circulates around the body. This puts you at risk of depression and anxiety.
