There’s No Shame
First, I feel it’s important to mention that many people feel ashamed at admitting they have memory issues. No one wants to think of themselves as “weak minded”, “mentally ill”, mentally sick or even brain damaged, right? But that very shame you may feel, or even that denial you may have about just how bad your symptoms have become is …JUST A SYMPTOM! Then there are GMOs
The insertion of Genetically Modified Organisms into our food supply has literally “let the genie out of the bottle”. Studies have already linked GMOs to autism, food allergies, asthma, lowered intelligence, lowered immunity, miscarriages, birth defects, other reproductive and digestive health damage, liver damage and so much more.

If you still don’t believe how harmful GMOs are, then why would the entire country of Russia BAN the use GMO crops?
The ONLY way to AVOID GMOs in your food it to eat organically grown food, organically fed meats, and/or at the very least, buy only produce, meats and prepared foods that are certified “GMO FREE”.
What is MSG? Well that topic is worthy of an entire book or even it’s own website! (well, there is at least one person who has done just that!) Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a neurological excitotoxin, meaning it stimulates and poisons the nervous system. It’s hidden use has become so commonplace, that it takes vigilance and attention to avoid it. It literally has dozens of names. It is likely contained in hundreds of other ingredient names.
It has become “insidious”, if you will, in our food supply. Eating out at any restaurant is almost a guarantee of exposure to MSG. It is even sprayed on non-organic produce. This is all the more reason to eat an organic diet.
