In my opening statement announcing our Christmas break (see this message below), I hinted at one of my passions in homeopathy – the capacity of homeopathic treatment to raise your level of health, to open you to more personal and spiritual growth. Does homeopathy do the hard work of awareness, self-improvement and change for you? Well, a little bit! It definitely can help clear away the “dead wood” in your life – the old patterns of “dis-ease”, blockages, toxins, old emotional patterns, and more.
In this newsletter, we’ve gathered stories of personal growth, and overcoming difficult mental and emotional patterning – situations where it normally takes years and years of psychotherapy, and sometimes even medication to overcome. Homeopathy was able to help these folks in a matter of months for the more recent cases, and just a few years for those who had been suffering longer.
The point here, is that within the realm of homeopathic treatment, we all have the capacity for personal growth and change. For deep and lasting insights, shifts and growth – better than any psychotherapy or any “mantra” alone. Homeopathy is one of the most profound “adjunct” therapies around. Actually, let’s shift that thinking – homeopathy is one of the most profound PRIMARY therapies around. Psychotherapy, medication, meditation, journaling, energy work, etc, are the useful ADJUNCT therapies!!

Christmas & Hanukkah are coming – ALREADY!?? DID I just say that?
That sounds a little stressed, doesn’t it?! For me, the feeling is more like INCREDULOUSNESS – where has time gone! I thought it was just Thanksgiving? And next weekend (Dec 21st) is the winter solstice – the longest day of darkness of the year (for the northern hemisphere, longest day of the year for you southerners!). Winter is a time of going inwards – a great time for self exploration, checking on our emotional hygiene and tending to our spiritual growth. Homeopathic treatment helps facilitate growth, open those doors and remove the old, stagnant patterns that no longer serve us!
